This year's winners were chosen by a group of industry judges from across the U.S., including distinguished developers, builders. architects, and trade association executives, as well as editors from Multifamily Executive and Developer magazines. According to the senior editor of Multifamily Executive and Developer, Rachel Azoff, this year's contest exceeded expectations in terms of quantity and quality of applicants, with roughly 240 submissions. "With such a large pool of entries, the competition was robust, and our judges had some very difficult decisions to make," stated Azoff. New York Hatters will be featured, along with the other winners, in the November/December issues of both Multifamily Executive and Developer magazines.
